Purchase terms.

Updated October 7, 2026. These terms describe the planned version 1 purchase. Checkout remains disabled until payment and publisher details are configured.

Your purchase

A personal purchase licenses one person to use Farwink version 1 with up to five hosted Macs they own or are authorized to access. Their viewing Macs, iPhones, and iPads are included. Do not share a personal license key with other people. The five-host allowance is a license condition, with local device lists rather than a centralized account-wide counter.

No automatic renewal

The version 1 purchase does not expire merely because time passes. Future major versions may be sold separately; purchase does not guarantee future features, indefinite OS compatibility, or permanent access to external services.

Requirements

Apple silicon Mac with macOS 14 or later; iPhone/iPad with iOS 17 or later. The host must be awake, logged in, and running Farwink with required permissions. Login and lock screen control is not supported.

External services

Internet access currently uses your Tailscale account. Tailscale’s eligibility, fees, availability, and terms apply separately. No paid VPN plan or unlimited relay service is included. Local network connections do not require Tailscale.

Support

Setup documentation and self-service troubleshooting are provided. Live setup assistance, service-level guarantees, and guaranteed response times are not included. Security reports, billing issues, and rights provided by law cannot be resolved by a promise of no support.

Refunds

Follow the refund process of the store where you purchased. Applicable consumer rights are not limited by these terms. Please verify an outside-network connection during the trial before purchasing.

Apple purchases

Apple purchases are also subject to Apple’s standard license agreement and store terms.
